Art show at the City Hall Gallery as part of the Binghamton First Friday Art Walks.  The show features artwork by individuals from the Riverside Art Program of Broome and Tioga Counties and Broome Developmental Center.  Both art programs are sponsored by the Broome Developmental Disabilities Services Office in Binghamton

Walk to the Beat of a Different Drummer

There is band playing to the right of this guy at the July First Friday Art Walk.  He was not a member of the band but walked up and added himself.  He may have been walking to the beat of a different drummer - but he was enjoying himself and made watching the band more fun.
